Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate their insurance journeys. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and guidance to ensure they feel confident and reassured.
We're looking for someone who is empathetic, resilient, and enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer care. You'll work collaboratively with our team to achieve targets and drive business growth. Our Motability teams are available Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 8am to 4pm. You'll work shifts across these days, and we'll share more about this during your application.
As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll have the opportunity to earn an additional bonus twice a year, based on your individual performance. You'll also receive a competitive salary package, starting from £21,840, plus a 9% pension contribution. We offer a range of benefits, including 50% off home, motor, and pet insurance, free travel insurance, and Green Flag breakdown cover.

Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach, combining the benefits of home and office working. You'll be required to spend 2 days a week in our Liverpool office, but most colleagues will have the flexibility to work from home.
