Product Management Leader

Key Responsibilities:

The Product Manager will collaborate with Business Line Managers to drive profitable growth for the Utilities product portfolios through effective management of existing and proposed new products to support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. This will involve the creation, implementation, and monitoring of product strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit targets.

Main Duties:

  • Lead product management in 3 key areas of the business: New Product Introduction, management of existing product ranges, and management of business models for existing and new product SKUs.
  • Analyse demand forecasts of product lines, define input to Sales-Inventory-Operations-Planning (SIOP) process, and propose business models and finished goods stock levels to satisfy customer demand.
  • Identify adequate inventory levels to maximise inventory turns.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a technical and/or business management subject, combined with 5 years of product management experience. Experience within the water industry, ideally with a manufacturing business, would be an advantage.
