Job Title: Administrator for School Based Needs Neurodevelopmental Service

We are seeking an experienced and organized administrator to join our team in Surrey, supporting the launch of a new neurodevelopmental service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team manager, CSM, and practitioners, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service's inbox, responding to requests for training, consultations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the practitioners with consultation meetings, team calendar management, and other tasks.
  • Manage own diary and prioritize tasks to ensure effective use of time.
  • Support the Barnardo's team with administrative tasks, including contacting and arranging consultations and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the team manager, CSM, and practitioners to ensure strong communication and teamwork.
  • Attend team meetings to take minutes and action points.
  • Support with Health and Safety reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative skills and experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
