We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused House Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone in Bristol.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming new homeowners and providing a warm and welcoming environment

  • Working collaboratively with partners and suppliers to ensure the efficient running of the estate
  • Managing the development's gardens and grounds to provide a safe and secure environment for homeowners
  • Facilitating social interaction and helping homeowners to enjoy retirement living to the full
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or care setting
  • A professional approach with high-quality standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
