This position is part of our Stadia sector, serving fans and guests at renowned venues throughout the UK. With events such as matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to manage, our specialized teams excel in tailoring services to meet our clients' expectations with locally sourced seasonal offerings. Key Responsibilities:

As a Beverage Operations Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing catering teams on-site and will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to our clients.

Your Duties Include:

  • Inspiring and managing a team
  • Overseeing and managing financial budgets
  • Ensuring effective communication within the team, including building relationships, management reporting, and client engagement to achieve operational excellence
  • Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety, legal standards, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
  • Managing, ordering, and controlling beverage inventories within budget constraints
  • Conducting and preparing for monthly inventory assessments, identifying any discrepancies
  • Innovating drink menu planning and service design within specified budgets while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality control
  • Creating opportunities for financial growth through cost management and operational excellence
  • Collaborating with suppliers
  • Participating in the duty management team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts as needed

Work Schedule: 5 of 7 Rota, 37.5 hours per week

  • Comprehensive knowledge of licensing and statutory regulations
  • Previous experience in high-volume, multi-bar operations
  • Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and targets for yourself and your team
