Working Schedule:
4 or 5 days a week, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Compensation:
£100 per day (PAYE)
Are you committed to positively influencing the lives of young adults? We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Post 16 Behaviour Support Specialist to become part of our team at a respected SEMH educational institution.
This position entails assisting students aged 16 and above, guiding them through their academic experiences and helping them manage their behaviour effectively.
- Provide individualized and group assistance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Support the execution of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
- Collaborate with classroom educators to manage student behaviour and foster a constructive learning atmosphere.
- Demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young individuals.
- Seize the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young adults.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
- Enjoy a competitive pay rate of £100 per day (PAYE).
