Key Responsibilities
  • Provide EHS Guidance and Support: Offer expert advice and guidance on EHS matters to project teams, management, and employees.
  • Implement and Maintain EHS Systems: Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential EHS risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Investigate Incidents: Lead incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Develop and Implement EHS Training Programs: Design and deliver EHS training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Monitor and Report EHS Performance: Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to senior management and the EHS Manager.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years' Experience in EHS: Proven experience in EHS roles, with a strong understanding of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety: Hold a diploma in occupational health and safety or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees, management, and clients.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • IOSH Membership: Hold a current IOSH membership or equivalent.
