Exciting Opportunity for a Credit Controller

SF Recruitment is working with a well-established business to secure a temporary Credit Controller covering a period of maternity on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer queries.
  2. Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  3. Chase customers by phone and email to recover outstanding debts.
  4. Reduce aged debt by implementing effective credit control processes.
  5. Generate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Allocate cash receipts to customer accounts.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in Credit Control or Collections.
  2. A tenacious work ethic with a strong attention to detail.
  3. Systems experience and strong Excel ability.
  4. Excellent verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to join the high-performance credit function and make a significant impact.
