Our focus has been on delivering complex projects that meet high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. We have refined our management processes to align with the specific requirements of our projects, ensuring excellence in execution.
Role Responsibilities:
The Senior Fire Safety Project Coordinator will oversee the management of construction sites to ensure that project delivery aligns with client objectives while upholding health and safety standards, quality assurance, environmental considerations, and cost management. Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing the commercial performance of contracts.
- Assuming accountability for the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensuring work is completed to specified quality standards without defects.
- Producing and implementing project management plans in accordance with company protocols.
- Engaging with clients and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Enhancing project value through strategic oversight.
- Maintaining commercial pressure to optimize costs and challenge existing practices.
- Generating accurate and high-quality reports for clients and internal stakeholders on a monthly basis.
- Demonstrating strong management experience in construction, particularly in MEP packages and utilities.
- Exhibiting a solid understanding of commercial and contractual principles.
- Managing subcontractors and fostering relationships with external partners.
- Possessing advanced problem-solving skills in construction contexts.
- Holding a valid CSCS card.
