About the Role

Concept Resources is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Alcohol Caseworker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with alcohol and substance use issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing a range of psychosocial interventions to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based programs and services to support clients in overcoming their addiction challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans to address clients' unique needs.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on addiction-related topics.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and research in the field of addiction treatment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Right to work documentation, Enhanced DBS with Adults and Children, Proof of Address, Proof of NI, and 2 years written references.
