Concept Resources is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to join our team of compassionate professionals. We provide vital support to individuals facing challenges related to substance use, domestic abuse, and homelessness.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in empowering clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will manage a caseload of clients with alcohol and substance use concerns, delivering a range of psychosocial interventions tailored to their individual needs.

While prior experience in substance use services is beneficial, it's not essential. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. We value transferable skills such as caseload management, care planning, risk assessment, and experience working with vulnerable individuals.

What we look for in a successful Caseworker:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and establish trusting relationships with clients.
