Job Summary:

A leading supplier of advocacy services, Ashdown Group, is seeking a highly skilled Client Coordinator to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This fully remote role will support the regional team leaders with various duties, including coordination of clients and referrals, managing referral waiting lists, and processing sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate client interactions and referrals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  2. Manage and prioritize referral waiting lists to meet client needs.
  3. Process sensitive client information and liaise with social workers to ensure effective communication.
  4. Collaborate with clients and third-party organizations to provide exceptional support.

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills and ability to provide support to clients and team members.
  2. Confident working with data and computer literate, with experience in data management an advantage.
  3. A personable nature and ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable individuals.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions to drive service excellence.
  5. Experience in advocacy, social care, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
