Telecare Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Telecare Coordinator to join our team at Adult Social Care. As a Telecare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient provision of TelecareLine services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to multi-disciplinary teams to enhance staff training and development across health and social services in LB Hillingdon.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to prescribe Telecare, promoting awareness amongst staff and the public.
  • Conduct Telecare assessments and reviews to identify appropriate service provision for individuals with health or social care needs.
  • Collaborate with health and social care professionals to promote Telecare within the context of enablement and personalization.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in Telecare Services.
  • Flexibility to work occasional hours.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £25 (umbrella rate).
