Telecare Coordinator Specialist

We are partnering with a Local Authority in Hillingdon to assist with the appointment of a Telecare Coordinator, on a 3-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.

Pay Rate: £24 per hour paye

Key Responsibilities:

The job holder will be responsible for coordinating telecare services across LB Hillingdon, facilitating changes in working practices among health and social care professionals. They will work closely with health and social care services and TeleCareLine installation and monitoring teams to establish efficient systems, procedures, and protocols for TeleCareLine services.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work in close partnership with health and social care services
  • Experience in training and development support for social care professionals
  • Subject matter expertise in complex cases

Requirements:

  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice
  • Right to work in the UK
