About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler/Controller to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Weapons and Sensors Business Unit, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules to ensure project timelines are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Evaluate project risks and variances, and provide regular performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project plans are aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Support the development of project work breakdown structures and organizational breakdown structures.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and bids, providing cost estimates and schedules.
  • Travel to other Raytheon Technologies sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project scheduling and control, with a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project 2010/2013 and other project management tools.
