Position Overview

Brook Street is seeking a dedicated Fines Administration Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is office-based and requires a commitment of 37 hours per week.

About the Role

As part of the HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), which operates under the Ministry of Justice, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the legal framework across England and Wales. Your contributions will help ensure that justice is accessible and efficient for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing your administrative expertise to manage routine correspondence and verify the work of colleagues.
  • Compiling, validating, and reporting data accurately.
  • Completing necessary forms and reports as required.
  • Overseeing the workload of a small team, if necessary.
  • Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Conducting outbound calls to clients as part of your duties.
Essential Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven administrative experience with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Information
