Key Responsibilities:

  • Venue Finding: Identify and recommend the best venues for our customers' events, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest and most interesting venues across the UK.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, venues, and suppliers to ensure access to VIP experiences for our concierge customers.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their preferences, recommend dining options, and assist with special requests.
  • Concierge Service: Run the Concierge service in a professional and effective manner, keeping all relevant parties up-to-date with enquiry timelines.
  • Customer Growth: Define and grow our corporate and VIP customer audience.
  • Communication: Own the communication to our corporate and VIP customer audience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales and editorial, to support integrated concierge campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of London restaurants, private rooms, and venues.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience: Experience in customer service roles and the hospitality industry working with event venues or in an event organizing role.
