We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Priory Group, a leading provider of specialist adult care services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care, promoting independence, and supporting our residents to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and promote their autonomy.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RGN Qualified and NMC Registered
  • Previous older peoples care experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best
  • Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
