Priory Group Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Dalton Court, a purpose-built care home providing specialist dementia nursing care in the heart of the Lake District.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will have a strong clinical track record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • RGN qualified and NMC registered.
  • Previous older peoples care experience desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
