Priory Group Nurse Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Dalton Court, a purpose-built care home providing specialist dementia nursing care in the heart of the Lake District.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes. Your strong clinical skills, combined with your ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families, will be essential in providing a supportive and compassionate environment.

We are looking for a nurse who is confident in their abilities, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to ongoing professional development. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care to older people and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
