Job Description
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers across the UK
  • Secure large contracts in the Healthcare & Education Sector
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve optimal performance
  • Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
