Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Supported Living Services Team Supervisor to manage established services for individuals with learning disabilities. This role involves leading a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care and support in a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure a secure and supportive atmosphere, conducting regular health assessments and advocating for the well-being of all service users.
  • Individualized Planning: Design and execute personalized plans that align with the aspirations and skill enhancement of each individual.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess experience in supporting adults with complex learning disabilities, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or an equivalent qualification) is required, or the willingness to obtain this within 18 months of starting the role.
