Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor

Smile Education Recruitment is proud to be working alongside Mowbray Education Trust to assist their Schools in their recruitment of a Cover Supervisor.

This role is an excellent opportunity to make a real and significant impact on the lives of young people. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be working with students in a secondary school setting, providing support and guidance to ensure their education and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and students, a strong work ethic, and a passion for education. You will be able to make a tangible difference to the students' education and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.

We are looking for someone who is able to work flexibly, with a strong commitment to the school ethos and a willingness to travel to Melton Mowbray and Loughborough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students in a secondary school setting
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure students' education and well-being
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the school
  • Travel to Melton Mowbray and Loughborough as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and students
  • Strong work ethic and passion for education
  • Commitment to the school ethos
  • Ability to travel to Melton Mowbray and Loughborough
