About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in a Secondary School located in Melton Mowbray. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring the smooth running of lessons in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons to students in Years 7-11, following the school's curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
  • Support students with their learning, providing additional help and resources as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning experience.

Requirements:
