Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop exceptional products.
- Own the design process, from conceptualization to production sign-off, for assigned categories.
- Work closely with factories to ensure timely and accurate execution of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Develop clear and accurate design packs and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or industry equivalent experience.
- Industry experience in equestrian product design.
- Strong equestrian knowledge and background.
- Proven ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Self-sufficient and able to take initiative.
- Highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator / Photoshop.
