About the Role

We are seeking a talented Equestrian Wear Designer to join our world-class Design team at LeMieux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative equestrian products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop exceptional products that meet customer needs.
  • Own the design process, from conceptualization to production sign-off, for assigned categories.
  • Work to tight deadlines, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Be commercially savvy, balancing design creativity with business objectives.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.
  • Develop clear and accurate design packs, and liaise with factories to ensure correct execution and deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Industry experience in equestrian product design.
  • Strong equestrian knowledge and background.
  • Proven ability to work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Self-sufficient and able to take initiative.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator / Photoshop.
