Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Wealthify is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Team, you will provide administrative support across the business and assist with recruitment, employee records management, payroll, and benefits administration.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week spent on-site in our office. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating with candidates and facilitating new hire inductions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and performance evaluations.
  • Supporting payroll and benefits administration, including assisting with monthly payroll processing and administering employee benefits programs.
  • Providing administrative support to the People team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
What We're Looking For

We value simplicity, communication, teamwork, trust, and confidence. You must be highly organized, have a keen interest in people and planning, and be able to multi-task. Good technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential. Experience in HR is desirable, but not required.
