Wealthify is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Team, you will provide administrative support across the business and assist with recruitment, employee records management, payroll, and benefits administration.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week spent on-site in our office. You will be responsible for:
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordinating with candidates and facilitating new hire inductions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, compensation, and performance evaluations.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration, including assisting with monthly payroll processing and administering employee benefits programs.
- Providing administrative support to the People team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
We value simplicity, communication, teamwork, trust, and confidence. You must be highly organized, have a keen interest in people and planning, and be able to multi-task. Good technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential. Experience in HR is desirable, but not required.
