Role Overview
What will your responsibilities include?
You will deliver comprehensive administrative support to Tax Advisors and/or Tax Senior Management, facilitating the team's ability to provide precise, thorough advice to clients while ensuring a superior level of service.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating closely with the Tax teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Overseeing the Client Onboarding and AML Remediation processes, which involves data collection and coordination with the central onboarding team as necessary. Assisting with billing operations, including WIP management and debt recovery. Maintaining back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies. Providing daily administrative assistance, which may involve communication with clients and HMRC. Managing and processing various annual tax return activities. Preparing meeting materials. Supporting the development of pitch reports for prospective client engagements. Prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities.Required Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:
A solid academic background, including 5 GCSEs (with English and Maths, and a minimum of AAA). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Experience as an IT user with intermediate Excel capabilities. Strong numerical aptitude, demonstrating an understanding of financial terminology. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative spirit, while also being capable of independently managing your workload. Excellent communication skills. The ability to engage with senior members of the organization in a confident and professional manner. A keen attention to detail and accuracy in all record-keeping and reporting tasks. The capacity to apply judgment and reasoning to propose effective solutions to challenges.Additional Benefits
