Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Invigorate Recruitment. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase lettings and valuations within the estate agency market.
- Manage a team of lettings staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor services and offerings accordingly.
- Maximize business opportunities by responding promptly to online property portal enquiries and collaborating with third-party suppliers.
- Provide detailed reports on business performance and progress, informing senior management of key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and systems, including registration and post-move-in processes.
- Handle day-to-day general enquiries and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
- Implement company training and ensure staff participation to reinforce learning and skill development.
- Oversee the completion of checklists and documentation to meet legal requirements.
- Manage landlord updates and ensure effective communication regarding property management matters.
- Regularly review and update internal processes and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UK estate agency industry.
- Strong understanding of lettings regulations and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Proficiency in relevant software systems and technology.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as ARLA Propertymark membership or equivalent are desirable.
