About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the estate agency industry in the UK. Traditional agency models can limit agents' earning potential and stifle innovation. As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

You'll be supported by Nested's marketing efforts, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising. You'll be responsible for your local strategy, pitch, and marketing tactics, with the flexibility to work where, when, and how you want.

Requirements

  1. 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, valuing, and customer service.
  2. A clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local valuation strategies.
  3. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Strong social media skills and enthusiasm for building your brand and engaging with your community.
