About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the estate agency industry in the UK. Traditional agency models can limit agents' earning potential and stifle innovation. As a Nested Area Partner, you'll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

You'll be empowered by Nested's marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising. Our marketing professionals will be on-hand to support you every step of the way.

This is a truly all-encompassing role that lets you do estate agency your way, while being supported by Nested's brand, products, and services.

Requirements
  1. We're looking for Harrogate's top estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  2. A clear strategy and understanding of managing a marketing budget, generating leads, and building a local valuation machine.
  3. Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  4. Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We'll support you in building your brand and engaging with your community.
  5. An intuitive customer app designed to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance communication with clients.
