Job Summary

The Strategy Director will work closely with our senior leadership to drive the development and execution of key strategies that align with our company's vision and growth objectives. This individual will analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and business performance to create strategic initiatives that enhance our market position and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of long-term and short-term strategic plans that align with our company's vision and goals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks in the tech landscape.
  • Work closely with the executive team to assess our company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).
  • Define strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable plans with clear objectives, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting, ideally within the tech industry.

Education
