Position Overview:
In this newly established role at Aptia, you will take charge of the strategic commercial advancement and operational oversight of client relationships and service solutions for a designated portfolio of prominent clients, representing Aptia with utmost professionalism.

Your official title will be Senior Client Director, where you will identify and execute commercial development strategies in collaboration with the Client Portfolio Leader. You will also partner with the Portfolio Operations Officer to implement operational efficiency plans across your assigned client portfolio, aiming to achieve targeted commercial performance goals while mitigating business and commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts for a select group of key clients.
- Oversee daily client and operational activities based on established KPIs.
- Understand and effectively meet client needs, manage risks, and adhere to established procedures.
- Drive revenue growth for the client portfolio in alignment with internal targets set by the Client Portfolio Leader.
- Ensure service delivery meets and exceeds operational KPIs.
- Focus on client retention and minimize attrition.
- Enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage costs and provide essential financial information for business and audits.
- Act as the commercial lead for clients, implementing innovative financial and contractual arrangements as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in pension scheme administration.
- Specialized knowledge in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes.
- Experience working with clients in the third-party administration sector.
- Proven track record in a targeted environment, with an understanding of cost management to ensure profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
