Job Title: Head of Impact Reporting

Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its team as the Head of Impact Reporting. This key role will play a vital part in managing the foundation's grantee impact reporting, supporting QCF's mission to build a climate-resilient future for the world's most vulnerable.

About the Role:
  • Lead the design and implementation of QCF's new digital Grantee Reporting solution, ensuring it is user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with QCF's light-touch approach to reporting.
  • Drive the use of AI tools, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), to support innovative analysis of grantee reports.
  • Ensure robust data collection and management processes, working closely with grantees and QCF's internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely reporting.
  • Provide technical input on programme-level Theories of Change and grantee KPIs, ensuring data drives impactful decision-making.
  • Present data insights clearly to inform QCF strategy and external communications.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools and methodologies, with a track record of developing digital reporting systems.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with experience in AI tools like NLP.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation and driving climate impact, with experience measuring impact and working with data from a climate perspective.
