Head of Impact Reporting

Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its impact reporting efforts. As the Head of Impact Reporting, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing a digital grantee reporting solution, leveraging AI tools to drive innovative analysis, and ensuring robust data collection and management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital grantee reporting solution that is user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with QCF's light-touch approach.
  • Drive the use of AI tools, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), to support data-driven insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with grantees and internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely reporting and ensure data drives impactful decision-making.
  • Provide technical input on programme-level Theories of Change and grantee KPIs, ensuring data informs QCF strategy and external communications.
  • Present data insights clearly to stakeholders, including QCF's Director of Impact and Learning and the COO.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools and methodologies, with a track record of developing digital reporting systems.
  • Background in climate or related field preferred.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with experience in AI tools like NLP.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation and driving climate impact, with experience measuring impact and working with data from a climate perspective.
