Quadrature Climate Foundation (QCF) is seeking a highly skilled Head of Languages to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in managing the foundation's grantee impact reporting, supporting QCF's mission to build a climate-resilient future for the world's most vulnerable.

About the Role

This newly-created key role will report to the Director of Impact and Learning and will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of QCF's new digital Grantee Reporting solution. You will ensure it is user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with QCF's light-touch approach to reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the use of AI tools, such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), to support innovative analysis of grantee reports.
  • Ensure robust data collection and management processes, working closely with grantees and QCF's internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely reporting.
  • Provide technical input on programme-level Theories of Change and grantee KPIs, ensuring data drives impactful decision-making.
  • Present data insights clearly to inform QCF strategy and external communications.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) tools and methodologies, with a track record of developing digital reporting systems.
  • Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, with experience in AI tools like NLP.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovation and driving climate impact, ideally with experience measuring impact and working with data from a climate perspective.
