Job Title: Sales and Customer Support Advisor

We are a leading supplier of quality timber doors, a successful family-run business seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Support Advisor to provide outstanding service and advice to customers.

About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries and professionally deal with queries, converting them into orders.
  • Provide exceptional consumer advice on our products.
  • Work as part of a professional and friendly team in our modern showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Approach customers and ensure a positive experience.
  • Follow up on orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to approach customers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
