Company Overview:
Our client, Morson Talent, is a leading provider in engineering and maintenance services, catering to a diverse array of industries. They are currently seeking to enhance their Commercial division.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver insights into contract financial performance by preparing monthly management accounts.
2. Conduct thorough audits and evaluations to pinpoint and implement potential commercial enhancements.
3. Establish robust financial controls to support project deliverables.
4. Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and procedures related to commercial management.
5. Monitor and analyze contract commercial terms and conditions for compliance.
6. Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure effective contract execution, maintaining financial performance against established budgets.
7. Assist Project Managers in generating monthly cost/value reports, followed by detailed analysis and review.
8. Interface with various departments including Business Management, Invoicing, Accounts, Procurement, and Tendering.
9. Coordinate with the Procurement Team and act as the liaison for Invoicing departments regarding commercial matters.
10. Collect and verify contract budgeting and forecasting information for accuracy.
11. Engage in the re-negotiation of contract terms as necessary.
12. Identify areas of commercial vulnerability and support the implementation of improvements.

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of NEC-3/4 contract forms is essential.
- Prior experience in a Commercial role within a highly regulated environment is crucial.
- Proven experience in managing compliance with company policies and contract terms.
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills to assist senior management and project teams.
- A finance degree or progress towards a recognized accounting qualification, or relevant experience in a similar Commercial or Financial role.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
