At Jacobs, we're seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to join our Technology, Consulting and Innovation (TC&I) team. As a key member of our operational commercial team, you'll provide effective and compliant contracting support to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-contract commercial activities: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of contract review documentation, review contracts, and negotiate with clients.
- Post-contract commercial management: Build and update Commercial Plans, manage sub-contracting, support change and variations, and resolve disputes.
- Review and support various agreements, including JV's, Consortiums, NDA's, Bonds, and Guarantees.
- Ensure Commercial Governance and provide commercial guidance to the business.
- Attend Operational Reviews to assess business needs and Operational Teams for Commercial support.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Legal team as a business partner.
- Manage 360 Stakeholders.
