Job Title: Teacher, Willowbank School, Kilmarnock

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated teacher to join our team at Willowbank School, Kilmarnock. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an innovative and creative curriculum, supporting and inspiring learners to achieve their best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an engaging and effective curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Support and challenge learners to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of excellence and high expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, parents, and colleagues as required.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher with a strong track record of delivering high-quality education.
  • Experience of working with children with Additional Support Needs would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.
  • A temporary full-time post to cover a period of Maternity leave.
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive school community.
