About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a Front of House Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the area of responsibility is clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our menu and special offers to provide accurate information to customers and clients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues with equipment to the relevant personnel, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
  • Till Operations: Operate the till point as required, adhering to correct procedures and ensuring accurate transactions.
Working Pattern

This role is available on a Monday to Friday schedule, with two possible shift patterns: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 11:00am - 7:00pm.

Requirements
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on the front line.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and be a team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Catering Experience: Have previous experience in the catering industry, with a desire to progress and develop your skills.
