Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Front of House team as a Front of House Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of delicious meals and ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels and take responsibility for re-filling displays to ensure that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure that meals are prepared to a high standard and presented in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including COSHH and Food Hygiene procedures.
