Job Title: Front of House Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at Elior. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times
  • Operate the till point efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and serving customers
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
