About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Hornsmill in Helsby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our pub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to customers and increasing sales through upselling and suggestive selling.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth.
