This position involves the proactive management of a caseload related to Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and tenancy fraud issues. You will be tasked with investigating incidents and implementing appropriate measures against offenders. Collaboration with witnesses, victims, and offenders is essential, as is the preparation of statements and evidence collection for potential legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to reports of Anti-Social Behaviour in accordance with established protocols.
  • Provide support to ASB complainants throughout the complaint resolution process.
  • Issue Community Protection Warnings, Community Protection Notices, and initiate legal actions such as Notices of Seeking Possession and Injunctions for breaches of Tenancy Agreements.
  • Prepare Housing Management and Witness Statements as required.
  • Monitor and manage rent arrears effectively, conducting interviews with tenants both at their residences and in our offices.
  • Collaborate with various organizations and departments to address unresolved arrears cases.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a solid understanding of current Housing, ASB, and Enforcement Legislations. A minimum of six months' experience in managing, investigating, and resolving ASB or tenancy breach cases within a housing context is essential. Experience in drafting witness statements, preparing court applications, and attending court is also necessary.
