Job Description

Positive Housing is a leading provider of high-quality services to vulnerable adults within the local community. As an Allocations Driver, you will play a vital role in our organization, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Appointments: Follow scheduled appointments set by the Allocation Officer for viewings and move-ins.
  2. Ensure Document Completion: Verify that all sign documents are fully completed and POI is obtained and uploaded to the relevant platform.
  3. Property Offerings: Utilize your knowledge of properties to offer alternative properties or consult with your Line Manager when a property is rejected by the prospective tenant.
  4. Communication: Maintain regular communication with the Allocations Manager throughout the day.
  5. Key Management: Be responsible for all front door keys in your possession and make copies as required.
  6. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for tenants when required to transport them to alternative accommodation.
  7. Internal Moves: Conduct internal moves when instructed to do so.
  8. Key Collection: Collect property keys from head office prior to appointments and return them on the same day.
  9. Sign-Ups: Conduct sign-ups for tenants who have already been moved in by other departments.
  10. Flexibility: Work flexible hours and be available on call for emergency move-ins.

You must have your own vehicle for this role, and a fuel allowance will be provided.

Requirements:
  • Driving Experience: 2 years (preferred)
  • Driving Licence: (preferred)
Work Environment:

This role involves working on the road, and you will be required to travel to various locations.
