Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily paid media activities to meet business goals
- Develop and implement creative paid media strategies across Search and Social platforms
- Drive impactful results through paid social and PPC campaigns
- Design engaging ads for PPC and Paid Social to enhance overall account performance
- Plan, activate, and report on paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with directors and other teams on projects such as SEO, PR, and design
- Engage in both immediate and long-term planning to keep ideas fresh and industry-leading
- Provide support and training to junior team members on PPC and Paid Social
- 2+ years of paid media advertising experience within an agency environment
- Strong analytical abilities with a knack for working with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong relationships
- Experience with platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Solid QA skills with a good understanding of conversion campaigns, e-commerce, lead generation, and branding
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce, and e-commerce tools like Shopify and WooCommerce
- Proven experience in guiding the creative and content briefing process
