Job Title: Asset Management Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Project Lead to join our team at Mvdauk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering and sustaining projects and services that support the growth and development of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery and sustainability.
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve performance targets and milestones in line with commissioner, funder, and organizational expectations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop opportunities for project growth and development.
  • Ensure that projects meet the needs of residents and beneficiaries through the application of asset-based community development approaches.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners, funders, and community partners.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered in line with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • Knowledge of asset-based community development approaches and their application in project delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
