Job Description

Mvdauk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team in the Asset Management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project opportunities, and develop business cases to support project proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure that all projects are aligned with Mvdauk's strategic objectives and are delivered in accordance with our project management methodology.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, and that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop and implement changes to improve project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage project teams, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets, and ensure that all projects are delivered within budget.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and maintain project documentation, and use project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
