Job Title: Asset Management Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Project Lead to join our team at Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and sustaining projects and services for the agency, ensuring they meet the needs of residents and beneficiaries through an asset-based community development approach.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing Healthwatch as a local independent consumer champion for health and social care services.
  • Supporting and sustaining the Healthwatch Board, including recruitment, induction, and training.
  • Ensuring projects meet performance targets and milestones in line with commissioner, funder, and agency expectations.
  • Developing and implementing an independent annual Healthwatch work plan linked to overarching goals and priorities.
  • Overseeing robust research and intelligence systems to enable Healthwatch to effectively challenge health and social care services.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in project management and development.
  • Strong knowledge of health and social care systems and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
